All submissions undergo structured review for relevance and academic quality. Acceptance is not automatic.

Code of Conduct

NSIRC maintains a respectful and inclusive academic environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of registration. Refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees.

Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded for academic dissemination. Presenters will be notified and may opt out of recording.

Ethical Standards

All research must comply with applicable ethical standards. Misconduct may result in withdrawal of acceptance.
